CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

You can return the product you purchased from Godoist within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, without opening, damaging or damaging the packaging and without using the product. If you send us a petition stating the reason for the return, the return procedure will be processed.

Godoist will not accept the return of products whose original packaging has been damaged, opened, used, destroyed or similar. Therefore, if you deem it necessary during the delivery of the product, please open the package and check it in front of the cargo officer. If there is a problem (such as missing product, damaged product), please have the cargo officer write a report clearly stating the situation. Otherwise, the order will be deemed to have been delivered completely and without any problems and subsequent complaints will not be taken into consideration.


Godoist will not accept the return of the product and will not refund the price if it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use or similar conditions on the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer. In such cases, all shipping costs during the arrival of the product to Godoist and its return belong to the customer.


If the customer returns the product/products or cancels the purchase, if the returned product/products comply with the return conditions, the money transfer refunds will be returned to the account from which the transfer was made within 7 (Seven) business days after the money transfer is received by Godoist, the shipping fee will be deducted from the price of the product/products and the remaining amount of the refund will be returned to the customer. Credit card refunds will be made to the bank account to which the card belongs within 7 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. Godoist has no effect on this period and it is completely at the bank's discretion.


After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank you made the transfer to. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected as a positive balance on your credit card by your bank every month.
